Bidder's Instructions

 
  • Bidder must first obtain a Bidder's Number by emailing request to: Joanne at palominomini@yahoo.com  and provide a signed Bidder's Agreement to Pay form. (Return via Facsimile or Email ) Fax - 206-666-5325
  • Bidder must provide bid amount confirmation in writing via email, fax or voice mail (voice mail only in the event of no email or fax capability) Voice Mail to: 206-276-1178
  • It will be the responsibility of the Bidder to monitor bid increases of their own bids upon any item. There will be no notification to individual Bidders of bid increases.
  • Bidders will be notified of winning final bids after the final bid deadline of 6pm July  7, 2009.
  • Bidder will be responsible for arrangement for pick up of all winning items from the show office at the Evergreen Spectacular Show, July 10-12, 2009 - PRIOR to the end of the show.  SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Unclaimed winning items and no bid items will be held for the next club auction event.
  • Out of area bidders shall be responsible for any shipping charges and will need to make special arrangements for delivery of their auction item.

ONLINE SILENT AUCTION BIDDER AGREEMENT


Online terms and conditions are in addition to any general online auction 
Terms and Conditions.

This auction shall be conducted within the rules listed below, together with any other posted conditions on the online auction website:

1.  Each Bidder shall register and receive a bidder number prior to bidding.

2.  Bidder agrees to pay in U.S. Funds for all final bid amounts they have designated at the close of auction.

3. Bidder shall initiate their bid amount by contacting auction manager, Joanne Anderson via email, fax or phone, at email address:  palominomini@yahoo.com or telephone – 206-276-1178......   Fax: 206-666-5325.

3.  Bidder must identify the auction item by its assigned number and description within the voice mail or email correspondence.

4.  Highest bid amounts shall be posted online on the website daily.

  • 5.  Bidder must notify auction manager of any new bid. 
6.  Bids shall be by time stamped via voice mail time, fax transmittal time and/or email correspondence date and time for Bidder final placement.

7.  Auction item shall go to the highest Bidder at close of auction.

8.  Should a dispute arise between two or more bidders on an item, Auction Manager shall reopen the bidding for final bids.

9.  Auction Manager, Evergreen Miniature Horse Club, its officers and members make no warranties as to the condition or representations of the auction items and are not responsible for any technical difficulties or interrupt in bidders or others internet connections or services.

10. All items are sold “as is”.
